• Are all the products I see in your online store available?
There is a small possibility that a product may be out of stock or discontinued. For any product availability issue, we will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving your order.

No, no user registration is required to place your order. User registration helps you in quick and easy shipment of the order, tracking your order history, and instantly be updated for our news and offers.
• How can I learn at what delivery stage is my order?
If you are a registered user, by clicking here you can see the delivery stage of your order. If you are not a registered user, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or call the Support Department at 2351045452. The Support Department is open Monday to Friday 09:00 - 17:00.
• Will I get an order confirmation via email?
Yes, within 1-2 business days from your order day, you will receive a message from us at the email address you entered in your order.
• How can I make changes to my order?
If your order has not been shipped yet by us, you can make the change you want. If the shipment has been completed, you should contact us by email at email@example.com.
• Can I make my order and send it to me sometime later?
We can hold your order for up to 15 days and only upon prior arrangement.
• What happens if any of the products I have selected is out of stock or delays in delivery?

Fylliana always tries to offer you the best possible price for the product you selected. However, as we are not always able to know all the prices of the partner stores, there may be differences in charges.
• On delivery, is it possible the products to be moved in my house?
If you have chosen to deliver your order to your place and have agreed with our partner, then you will be delivered in your home.
• All the products I ordered will be delivered by one shipment?
Yes, your order will be completed on one shipment unless otherwise agreed with the partner shop.
• What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
On average, within 4-5 business days, you will have the products in your area.
• Can I make an appointment for a specific delivery time?
If you have chosen to deliver your order to your place, you can agree with our partner and the estimated time of delivery.
• What is the cost of transport?
Transport costs are based on distance and weight. You can calculate it after adding the products you want to the shopping cart. Any extra charges for special deliveries on the floor are agreed with the partner shop.
• What should I know for the receipt of my order?
You should check the packaging of all products. If you find damaged packaging and visible damage to the product, you should not sign the receipt before you let us know.
