The payment of the orders can be made with one of the following payment methods:

1. Bank Deposit

You can pay for your order via bank transfer. Please include your order number as the reason. For the fastest service, please inform us by email at retail@fylliana.gr about the payment by attaching the deposit receipt.

In the event that 3 working days have passed since the registration of the order and no payment has been made, the order is automatically cancelled.

2. Cash on delivery

The cash on delivery method is only valid for shipments by courier and for orders worth less than €500. You pay the price upon receipt. The cost amounts to €3.00.

3. Credit / debit card

Charged to your credit or debit card. Upon placing your order, if you have chosen to pay by credit card, you will be directed through our website to the secure environment of the bank of your choice to fill in the information and charge your card.

For credit card payments, the order can be paid in up to 12 interest-free installments according to the table below:

The installments refer to payment by credit card only and are valid in the online store, in the company and franchise stores as well as in the partner stores participating in the program.

4. Paypal

Similarly, upon placing your order, if you have chosen paypal payment, you will be directed through our website to a secure environment to complete the process.

5. Installment plan without credit card

Now in Fylliana corporate and franchise stores, as well as in our online store, you can easily and quickly obtain the products you need, with immediate approval of a personal consumer loan through a bank with a maximum installment limit of thirty-six (36).

For consumers who wish to purchase Fylliana products, we give them the possibility to finance themselves with interest-bearing consumer loans through banks, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of their credit policy for the said financial products. The process is simple and quick with the loan being approved the same day. You choose the products you are interested in at any Fylliana store that serves you and by showing your ID and a recent tax clearance note, the cooperating Bank will respond to your request the same day.

The installment plan without a credit card is valid in Fylliana corporate and franchise stores as well as in our online store.

6. Installments without credit card, via TBI Bank

Financing with tbi bank is now available for purchases from €20 up to €10,000, provided that each individual product in your shopping cart is priced at €20 or more.

This service is a financing solution offered in collaboration with tbi bank.
